Financial Analyst-in-Waltham,-MA

The financial analyst role will report directly to the Director of Corporate FP&A and will be responsible for planning and reporting for global operations functions and productivity measures.
Working Capital reporting and planning
Quarterly free cash flow analysis and forecasting
Global productivity reporting in support of Corporate cost saving initiatives.
Develop reporting and metrics to help analyze indirect spend across the company
Plan, forecast and report monthly results for Customer Care and Global Operations functions such as Logistics and Supply Chain.
Support global logistics team by reporting monthly on freight cost and freight recovery results as well as contributing to development of global freight and distribution cost model.
Contribute to the forecasting and planning process by consolidating and analyzing OCOGS submissions from 5 business enterprises.
Assist in implementation of a new business planning software tool
Other reporting and analysis on an ad hoc basis


Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
0-3 years finance experience
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Proven track record of success.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Hyperion, SAP experience preferred. Business Objects experience is a plus.
